Such a beautiful kirtan experience! Highly recommend!

OMG! No words can express my heartfelt deep gratitude for everyone & everything at this incredible retreat in Sardinia!!! The setting, staff, students & of course Nat & Lauren left life changing priceless precious memories I will never, ever forget! Just writing this brings tears to my eyes. Thank you everyone for the wisdom, love & hugs I will cherish forever! Mark

The teaching, yoga, community and property were exceptional. I’m docking a star for the food being sub par for a retreat in Italy, but the staff at the property were very attentive and I think did their best to try and keep the group feeling properly nourished when concerns were voiced. Nat and Lauren created a beautiful space for everyone to connect quickly. I appreciated the balance of stronger yoga classes in the mornings, with more restorative practices and philosophy in the afternoons. My body was quite sore by the end, and I felt they did a great job staying attuned to everyone.

I was only there for the kirtan, but nat is a wonderful kirtan wallah and lauren is his beautiful partner - from her physical being to her angelic voice. they are a great team and i feel blessed to share chanting with them.

Kirtan was phenomenal, as always! Full of deep heart and ecstatic joy. Thank you Nat & Lauren, can't wait for the next one!
