I look forward to this retreat all year long. Nat’s guidance, the community that’s formed while there, the location/accommodation, and food are all wonderful.
I always feel that Nat’s retreats provide me the perfect remedy against the harshness of today’s world. Our yoga practice aligns & releases my body from all that may be pent up from daily living. The Kirtan chanting feels so ancient & foundational and creates an inner vibration the grounds me to the Earth. I leave, reluctantly, with an abundant heart prepared to share the Big Love. Nat creates a safe, nonjudgmental, open expression environment for all.
A deeply nourishing and nurturing retreat in a cocoon of redwoods and open-heartedness. Nat's love and generosity of spirit are infused into every aspect of the retreat, along with his team and the team at Spirit Camp. It felt restorative on a cellular level, utter magic and drenched in love.
This is truly my favorite retreat every year. It is surrounded by redwoods, rivers, and the ocean, all while being accompanied by wonderful people. Nat caters for us an outstanding movement practice along with multiple thoughtful moment of connection and chanting leading us connect to something beyond ourselves.
If that was not enough, just come to try the chocolate cake... For real!
Thank you, Alex! It's also a highlight of my year to be in such good community in a truly beautiful setting. And the chocolate cake is divine! I'm already looking forward to next year.
This was my favorite retreat I’ve been on, and I aim to be a repeat annual attendee! The retreat was at a beautiful venue in Mendocino, was well organized, and I enjoyed the balance of down time, community, learning more about kirtan, and yoga time.
